Job Responsibility

  • Service existing clients and also explore and develop new profitable business opportunities relationships for the bank

Managing the team of Wealth Managers and guiding them in understanding the
financial need & risk appetite of the client & recommend suitable products from the
array of financial products available with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds,
Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real Estate, Life insurance, General Insurance etc.
with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real
Estate, Life insurance, General Insurance etc.
Managing a team of Wealth Managers who interact with clients.
Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of Sales and Revenue numbers.
Meeting the Revenue targets the assigned team.
Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower
utilization.
Conducting regular meeting with the team and ensuring that continuous interaction is
carried among the team members and solve their problems/queries in a timely manner
Train the team on all the products of Wealth Management.
