Bhupinder Singh is the founder & Group CEO of the InCred Group. The Group comprises of two main entities – InCred Financial Services and InCred Capital, and has interests in several FinTech ventures.

InCred was started by Bhupi in 2016 with a vision to create a new-age Financial Services conglomerate offering a wide range of products and services to the retail, small business, corporate as well as institutional clients.

InCred’s businesses are spread across Retail and Small Business Lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Institutional Equities Research & Broking along with an interest in FinTech startups specifically in lending, analytics and wealth. InCred has offices across 24 cities in India, and also in Singapore and the Middle-East.

Prior to launching the Group, Bhupi was the co-head of Corporate, Investment Banking, and Markets for Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank, and was part of the core team that ran the global investment bank and markets businesses.

Bhupi started his career at Deutsche Bank in London as an Associate, and he was amongst the quickest to be promoted to Managing Director - in just a short span of 6 years! He was entrusted with multiple leadership and business building responsibilities and his 16-year career in the bank spanned multiple global and regional roles across fixed income, equities and investment banking, including managing large parts of the bank’s client franchise. In his last role before leaving to set-up InCred, Bhupi managed 3 billion USD of revenues, 1750 investment bankers and traders, and a client franchise including 2000+ corporate, high net worth and institutional clients across 15 countries.

Bhupi who grew up in Bhopal, is passionate about grassroots development in India, and supports several charities working in the field. He is based in Mumbai, where he lives with his wife and two children. He is a sports and maths buff, can provide two-way odds on any event, and enjoys a conversation on most topics under the sun.

Nitin brings over 30 years of experience in the banking and NBFC space, building flourishing private wealth businesses for premiere financial institutions in India. In his most recent capacity, he served as the CEO of Reliance Wealth Management. Prior to that, he was Group Head at HDFC Bank overseeing all-India Private Banking and Investment Product Distribution. He was instrumental in building the HDFC Private Banking network from scratch.

Rishi brings 27+ years of experience in financial services. He has held leadership roles at Union Bank, SBI Wealth, IndusInd Bank, Capital First, and ICICI Bank, where he scaled wealth businesses, strengthened operations, and built distribution networks. He has driven growth across priority banking, retail business, and investment product platforms, with early leadership grounding at ICICI Bank. Additionally, Rishi is an avid table tennis enthusiast, reflecting his discipline, agility, and competitive spirit.

Mr. Amit Sharma joined us in October 2024 as a Business Director. He brings with him over 23 years of experience across domains like Wealth management, Trade Finance, Life Insurance, Program & Channel management etc. Amit has a proven track record of establishing distribution of Affluent Banking, Trade Finance & SME Banking in his highly successful stints with ICICI Bank & Yes Bank. His expertise spans across various aspects of Wealth Management, SME Banking, Trade Finance & Program Management.
Amit is a commerce graduate from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, and a post-graduate from K.J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai. Based in Delhi, he has diversified hobbies like poetry writing, chess, tennis, gardening, indian mythology and also enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.

With 22 years of extensive experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking, Deepak has built a distinguished career working with some of the most reputed institutions, including State Bank of India, Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, and IndusInd Bank. Their expertise spans both domestic and international markets, including a 5-year professional stint in London, UK.

Deepak possesses a deep understanding of onshore and offshore product offerings, cross-border and cross-currency transactions, and a wide range of client profiles, from large corporates to UHNW and NRI clients. They have consistently delivered tailored solutions, meeting the complex financial needs of global and NRI clientele with precision.

Deepak is a graduate of Calcutta University and holds a Postgraduate degree from Amity Business School, Noida.

With over 20 years of experience in banking and wealth management, he has led teams and driven strategy for top firms such as Citibank, HSBC, and Godrej & Boyce MFG Co Ltd. He has worked across diverse sectors including BFSI, consumer durables, and real estate, showcasing a versatile skill set. As a Cluster Head at RBL Bank, he managed operations across branches in Mumbai and Nagpur, significantly improving customer relations and operational processes.

Ms. Jharna Agarwal joined us in March 2024 as our Head of Products, overseeing our entire investment product platform. With over 18 years of experience in wealth management and banking, Jharna has a proven track record of leading product platforms, including her impactful roles at Anand Rathi Preferred and Karvy Private Wealth. Her expertise spans various aspects of product management, including sales, training, advisory, and rebranding initiatives.
Jharna holds a Commerce degree from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, and a post-graduate degree from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. Based in Mumbai, she has a passion for poetry and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.

Meiyappan brings 22 years of impactful experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking, having built a dynamic career with some of the most reputed institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, Yes Bank, Murugappa Group, and ICICI Bank.

He specializes in wealth tech solutions and customized advisory for UHNWIs and large corporations, with proven expertise in strategy, business growth, and transformation. A graduate of Loyola College, Chennai, Meiyappan also holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from LIBA (Loyola Institute of Business Administration), Chennai.

With over 23 years of progressive experience in the banking and financial services industry, Pradeep has consistently driven performance and client excellence across leading institutions such as HSBC, Axis Bank, RBL Bank, and IndusInd Bank. His core strengths lie in wealth management, NRI banking, and comprehensive financial planning. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, built robust client relationships, and delivered tailored financial solutions to affluent and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Pradeep’s strategic approach to business development and deep understanding of investment products and  regulatory frameworks  have enabled him to scale new business verticals and enhance customer engagement. His leadership style combines operational efficiency with a strong focus on client-centricity, making him reliable in the wealth and priority banking segment.

Mr. Sahil Anand is the Chief Operating Officer at InCred Premier, joining in August 2023 to lead marketing, technology, operations, and services. With a career spanning over 15 years in finance and digital transformation, he has significantly contributed to companies like SBI Securities, Reliance Securities, and Axis Asset Management. He has played a pivotal role in the digital transformation efforts within the organizations he has been part of, earning accolades such as the Livewire Award across the Reliance Capital group companies and the Axis Champions Award. Sahil holds an undergraduate degree from Punjab Engineering College and a post-graduate degree from IIM Lucknow. Based in Mumbai, he enjoys reading and travelling with his family.

He brings over 15 years of experience in Wealth Management and Capital Markets. His background includes key positions, such as Product Head at Anand Rathi Securities Limited and at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, where he developed and managed financial products.
